After his dominant play over the first three weeks of the 2023 college football season, Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders has been crashing the mock draft party, making regular appearances in updated first-round projections for the 2024 NFL Draft.

Not so fast, says dad and Buffs head coach Deion Sanders.

A recent video shows "Coach Prime" discussing the topic with both of his sons (Shedeur and Colorado safety Shiloh Sanders), and after Shiloh made a remark about both brothers playing on Sundays next year, dad/coach made it clear he has no intention of giving his blessing for them to head to the next level after this season:

The look on Shedeur's face is priceless, making it clear he might have a different opinion on the matter.

I'm sure he's well aware of what's happening to his draft stock at the moment, and if he ends up in the conversation as one of the top quarterback prospects in this year's class, it'll be interesting to see how that plays out in the offseason leading up to the declaration deadline.
