North Carolina might lose more than a rivalry game Saturday night against North Carolina State.

In the fourth quarter of a game that was already getting out of hand, UNC quarterback Drake Maye left the game with what appeared to be an ankle injury.

One of the best quarterbacks in all of college football, Maye is also in the conversation to be the potential No. 1 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Here's hoping the injury doesn't turn out to be anything serious, and Maye will be able to return to the field for North Carolina's bowl game.

UPDATE: Maye has returned to the game.
