Background:
Grant Miller finished his collegiate career at Baylor. During this season, he graded out as the fourth-best guard in the Big 12 by Pro Football Focus, ranking 60th in the nation among guards. Some accomplishments he earned include being named First-Team All-Big 12 by the Pro Football Network, Second-Team All-Big 12 by the AP and Phil Steele, Named Honorable Mention All-Big 12 by the league coaches and named First-Team Academic All-Big 12. In 2021, Miller started all 14 games at right guard, making his Baylor debut at Texas State on Sept. 4. Before Baylor, he spent four seasons at Vanderbilt from 2017-20 under head coach Derek Mason. He played in 31 games in his career on the offensive line with 16 starts. During that span, 14 of 16 career starts were at center. His father, Fred Miller, was a fifth round draft pick in the 1996 NFL Draft by the then St. Louis Rams. Fred started for more than a decade at offensive tackle in the NFL.
