Everyone knows that Washington's Michael Penix Jr. can throw the ball as well as any quarterback prospect in the 2024 NFL Draft, but there's still been a huge question mark casting a shadow over his draft stock.

Plenty was riding on his medical evaluations at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine this week, and it sounds like Penix got nothing but good news in that department.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the results of Penix's medical checkups at the combine were all positive, which should be a huge boost to his chances of coming off the board early in next month's draft:

Penix led the nation in passing yards in each of the past two seasons, helping lead the Huskies to the national title game last year. The rocket-armed southpaw should come off the board sometime on Day 2, but if there's a team that likes him enough, he could end up being a late first-round pick now that he's gotten a clean bill of health.
