Two teams are still alive in the chase for the Lombardi Trophy, while two more have fallen just short of the ultimate prize, and must now join the rest of the league in preparing for the 2024 NFL Draft.

With Sunday's conference title games officially in the books, we now have 30 of the 32 first-round slots locked in, with the final two spots to be decided by the Super Bowl result.
