Where is Eagles DT Jalen Carter in DROY Betting Odds?

Philadelphia Eagles first-round pick Jalen Carter enters this season as an exciting candidate for Defensive Rookie of the Year.
In this story:

The Philadelphia Eagles are beginning training camp and taking the field at the NovaCare Complex in South Philadelphia with an exciting roster and a very healthy attitude after an offseason of changes. The NFC champions will look to avoid a Super Bowl hangover this season, but with a lot of new faces.

Two of these notable new additions came via the draft, as Philadelphia drafted two teammates from Georgia's championship-winning team in defensive tackle Jalen Carter and edge rusher Nolan Smith

Both enter training camp with high expectations, but Carter comes to Philadelphia with the tag of "the best prospect in this NFL Draft," from many scouts. On day one of camp, Carter practiced mostly with the second team, looking comfortable and in shape

Carter's smothering pass rush is one reason why NFL.com ranked him as the No. 4 candidate for 2023 Defensive Rookie of the Year. Houston Texans' Will Anderson Jr. is the frontrunner with the best odds to win the prestigious award this season as the "most polished pass-rush prospect" in his class.

Here's what NFL.com had to say about Carter's chances:

"There are lingering questions about off-field issues, but if Carter remains focused on quieting those concerns, he should be a strong contender for the award," NFL.com writes. "He’s sound against the run and has the ability to beat guards quickly as a pass rusher when facing single blocks. No defensive tackle has won DROY since 2014, but Carter has the juice to stack the numbers necessary to get into the conversation."

The Eagles the built-in hunger to finish the job after coming up just short to the Kansas City Chiefs. Can Carter, while competing for his own individual accolades, make an impact right away and help them hoist the Lombardi Trophy?
