Few teams epitomize a win being a win more than the Philadelphia Eagles this season.

The latest chapter in Philadelphia (10-1) winning games by the skin of its teeth came on Sunday when it won 37-34 in overtime over the Buffalo Bills (6-6) at Lincoln Financial Field. With the win, the Eagles extended their win streak to five and stayed atop Sports Illustrated's power rankings.

"I’m sure there is some kind of flaw we are overlooking with the Eagles, and perhaps with another team we’d be a little less dazzled and critical of slow starts," SI writes. "But the team’s collective resilience has been stunning and leaves very little room for questioning. Save for a blowout at the hands of the 49ers this week, I can’t not view them as Super Bowl favorites."

The Eagles trailed by 10 points at halftime and heading into the fourth quarter before staging a late comeback against the Bills. Philadelphia scored 23 points and tied the game with a 59-yard field goal from Jake Elliott with 25 seconds left in regulation. The Eagles trailed by three points again in overtime but sealed the comeback victory with a 12-yard run by Jalen Hurts.

Hurts completed 18 of 31 passes for 200 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. He also ran for 65 yards and two scores.

During the Eagles' five-game winning streak, they've had to overcome a second-half deficit in each of their last four games, including trailing by 10 points to the Kansas City Chiefs at halftime before coming back to win 21-17 on Nov. 20.

Philadelphia will face another stiff test on Sunday when they face the San Francisco 49ers (8-3) at Lincoln Financial Field in a rematch of last year's NFC Championship Game. San Francisco is riding a three-game winning streak after previously being on a three-game losing streak and is the No. 2 seed in the NFC.
