The Philadelphia Eagles could be in the market for pass-rushing talent in the 2023 NFL Draft this month.

And with the festivities about three weeks away, they're wasting no time trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible about the top prospects in that department.

Philly is set to host LSU Tigers defensive end B.J. Ojulari for a pre-draft visit, per reports Wednesday from KPRC2 in Houston. The Eagles are joining the likes of the New York Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Carolina Panthers and others that will be hosting visits with the potential first-round pick.

The Philadelphia defensive line dominated last season to the tune of a whopping league-high 70 sacks, which was  15 more than the second-place finisher in the category and the Eagles' eventual Super Bowl foe, the Kansas City Chiefs.

With that in mind, adding Ojulari to the fold is an enticing thought. Regardless of playing time, the 6-3, 250-pound pass-rusher was steady as a pass-rusher during each of his three years at LSU and has the numbers to prove it. After posting four sacks in just eight games as a freshman, he followed this up with a career-high seven sacks as a sophomore.

This past season, Ojulari tallied an respectable 5.5 sacks - all of which came in SEC play - and proved that he could play at the next level.

The Eagles could select Ojulari with the idea that he'll eventually step in and be a piece to build around on the d-line due to the inevitable future departure of veterans like Fletcher Cox and Brandon Graham in a year or two.

Potentially adding Ojulari alongside another defensive star that the Eagles could select at the No. 10 pick would put the defense in solid shape for seasons to come.
