Mecole Hardman Accused of Leaking Jets Information to Eagles Before Game
Let’s get this straight - Mecole Hardman reportedly leaked information about the New York Jets’ game plan to the Philadelphia Eagles when the two teams met on Oct. 15?
When you leak information like that isn’t the team who gets it supposed to win the game? The Eagles lost, 20-14. It was their first defeat of the season after starting 5-0.
Worse, it was the first time an Eagles team had ever lost to a Jets team in the history of their series. Until then, Philly had been 12-0 against them.
Could it somehow have prevented Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts from throwing three interceptions in the loss?
The report is in the wind, though, thanks to a report on dailymail.com, a website run by a tabloid newspaper in the United Kingdom. The report said that Hardman was outed by ex-teammate Kenny Yeboah.
Believe what you want, but maybe on some level, it makes sense because Hardman played at the University of Georgia, a school that produced several Eagles, including defensive tackles Jordan Davis and Jalen Carter, cornerback Kelee Ringo, running back D’Andre Swift, and linebacker Nakobe Dean.

The report said it was to those former Bulldogs on the Eagles to whom Hardman leaked the info. It said Yeboah claimed Hardman leaked the info to help the Eagles stay undefeated.
Hardman didn’t help the Jets win that October day in MetLife Stadium, either. He was targeted just twice and did not have a catch on just six snaps.
It didn’t work.
Hardman departed the Jets to play for the Kansas City Chiefs, who drafted him originally and gained a lot of media attention for catching the game-winning touchdown in overtime of the Super Bowl.
The war of words between Hardman and Yeboah started when Hardman began trashing the Jets earlier this week.
