Check here for live updates of the Philadelphia Eagles versus the Seattle Seahawks.
In this story:

The Philadelphia Eagles are on the road facing the Seattle Seahawks as the team attempts to bounce back from consecutive losses in the past two weeks.

Regardless of what happens tonight, Philly fans have won Week 15 thanks to the Dallas Cowboys suffering a 21-point loss to the Buffalo Bills, which helped the Eagles clinch a playoff birth.

Jalen Hurts has been dealing with an illness ahead of tonight’s game but is expected to push through and attempt to lead the team to a victory.

Also dealing with quarterback concerns are the Seahawks, who, at 6-7, are still in the hunt for a playoff birth in the NFC Wildcard game. Starter Geno Smith has been questionable for this playoff-caliber matchup due to a groin injury.

It has been reported that although Smith is available for tonight’s game, backup quarterback Drew Lock is expected to get the start. Lock is 8-14 as a starter for his career and 0-1 as the the starter in Seattle.

As for the Eagles, they have major questions to answer for fans who have been confused by the team’s recent struggles.

Over the past couple of weeks, the team has lost by 43 points, causing speculation about the legitimacy of Philadelphia as a championship contender.

Eagles’ Transparency Could Be Competitive Edge Sirianni is Looking For

The reigning NFC champions had a dominant defense last season, which nearly helped secure the franchise’s second Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs. However, this season’s tackling has been suspect, leading to the team surrendering more yards and points than its reputation would expect.

Tonight, facing running backs like Kenneth Walker III, the team will have to step up in order to reassert themselves as the dominant team of the past.
