The Philadelphia Eagles are preparing for bad weather on Monday when they play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It could be an ugly weather game when the Philadelphia Eagles play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night during the NFC Wild Card Weekend, but the Eagles are working to prepare for the worst.

Philadelphia could be seen practicing with wet footballs during drills ahead of their Monday Night Football matchup, with Jalen Hurts and the other quarterbacks on the roster tossing light passes to the receiving group.

When the Eagles played in Tampa Bay earlier this season in Week 3, it also rained during the game. Philadelphia dominated in the trenches, rushing for 201 yards while holding the Buccaneers to just 41 rushing yards. The team that won that game looks nothing like the Eagles of the last six weeks, who have gone 1-5 and haven't been able to establish any presence on either side of the ball.

It could already be a tough game throwing the football for Philadelphia with Hurts still recovering from a finger injury he suffered against the New York Giants and star wide receiver A.J. Brown out with a knee injury that he suffered in the same game.

The Eagles may need to replicate the performance they put up in Week 3 in order to secure the road playoff win, relying heavily on D'Andre Swift, Kenny Gainwell and possibly Rashaad Penny.

The game will kick off at 8:15 p.m. on Monday night from Raymond James Stadium with a chance at the Divisional Round on the line. Philadelphia is the favorite in the game at -3.
