The Atlanta Falcons lost their third straight and fourth out of five to begin the 2019 season on Sunday. With this hugely disappointing start to the year, the Falcons have fallen further down our NFL Power Rankings than we would have thought possible during the preseason.

Atlanta has dropped three more spots to No. 28 on our Week 6 rankings. That means they are fifth from the bottom and the lowest ranked team of any in the league that have a win.

The Washington Redskins also fell three spots to No. 31 on our list this week, and they fired head coach Jay Gruden on Monday. Dan Quinn needs to turn around the Falcons quickly, or he could be the next unemployed head coach of 2019.

Interestingly, the Top 10 teams on our list stayed almost the same from last week, but there was a lot of movement within those ten teams. The Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers vaulted into the Top 5 with wins against fellow Top 10 teams on our list in Week 5, and the San Francisco 49ers moved up to No. 6 after a dominating performance against the Cleveland Browns on Monday Night Football.

The Dallas Cowboys, who lost at home to the Packers, tumbled seven spots from No. 4 to No. 11 this week, but even with that drop, 10 of the Top 12 spots below to NFC teams.

The Indianapolis Colts made their case that they were one of the best three AFC teams after their defeat of the Kansas City Chiefs on the road on Sunday Night Football. Indianapolis moved up to No. 13 and sit in front of other AFC teams vying for the No. 3 spot in the conference -- the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens.
