The New York Giants might not win another game this season, but for those who want to see the team get a premium draft spot, the Giants might just turn out a winner.

The Giants, who have lost their last three in a row (Saints, Eagles, and Rams), currently hold the fifth spot in the 2024 draft order and are looking at having four picks in the first three rounds inside of the top 70 as of the conclusion of Week 17 games. Those would include the fifth, 39th, 46th (via Seattle), and 70th picks per Tankathon.

The Giants are not expected to receive any compensatory picks this year, so their remaining picks--105, 141, and 182--are subject to change, pending which teams in front of them receive comp picks to push the overall order down.

New York will host the Philadelphia Eagles in next week's regular-season finale. They can't pick lower than eighth, and they could pick as high as second overall, thanks to the Cardinals beating the Eagles in Week 17.

But it won't be easy as they need a lot of help, so much so that per ESPN Analytics, New York has a 6 percent chance of rising in the draft order. The Giants (5-11), who hold the strength of schedule tiebreaker over the three teams (Commanders, Patriots, and Cardinals) currently in front of them, would need to lose to the Eagles and have the Commanders (vs. Dallas), Patriots (vs. Jets) and Cardinals (vs. Seattle) win their respective games.
