Giants vs Packers: How to Watch, Odds, History and More
The New York Giants are back after their bye week to take on the red-hot Green Bay Packers on primetime. While it wasn’t the exciting year they had in 2022, recent success has brought some hopes up, with the Giants winning their last two games. They are coming off a 10-7 win against the Patriots at home. Not a very exciting game to watch, but they found a way to win regardless.
If the Giants hope to keep playoff aspirations alive, they’ll more than likely need to win out. That starts this Monday night against the Packers. Jordan Love is starting to come along, throwing for just under 3,000 yards with 22 touchdowns so far this season. Their offense averages 21.5 points per game, which is around the league average.
The Packers defense comes in, allowing just over 20 points per game, ninth least in the NFL. They only allow 203.8 passing yards per game, the tenth least in the league. However, their run defense is not spectacular, allowing 136.3 yards on the ground per game (30th). This could be a game plan that heavily features Saquon Barkley.
The Giants will don their ‘Legacy’ uniforms this season for the second and final time. It should be a fun matchup as the Giants are slowly gaining momentum as the season's home stretch appears.
