The New York Giants wrap up their 2023 preseason schedule at home against their MetLife Stadium neighbors, the New York Jets, in a game where the Jets are expected to play their starters for a bit while the Giants are not.

The Giants did play their starters last week in an impressive showing, ending in a 21-19 win over the Carolina Panthers. The Giants jumped out to a 21-3 halftime lead before pulling whatever starters remained in favor of those scrambling to earn a roster spot. Quarterback Daniel Jones went 8 of 9 for 69 yards and a touchdown on the opening drive before being pulled.

The Jets, meanwhile, are coming off a 13-6 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers will see his first preseason action not only as a member of the Jets but for the first time since 2018, though it's unclear how long Jets head coach Robert Saleh plans to play his starters.
