New York Giants first-round draft pick Deonte Banks, a cornerback out of the University of Maryland, has signed his rookie deal.

Banks, whose signing was first reported by NFL insider Aaron Wilson, inked a four-year, fully guaranteed pact with a fifth-year option. The total deal is worth $13.579 million with base salaries of $750,000, $1.367 million, $1.984 million, and $2.601 million, including a $6.875 million signing bonus.

Banks' first-year cap number is $2.468 million, according to Over the Cap.

Giants second-round pick John Michael Schmitz is currently the only unsigned member of the team's draft class that, in addition to Banks, includes receiver Jalin Hyatt (third round0, running back Eric Gray (fifth round), cornerback Tre Hawkins III (sixth round), defensive tackle Jordon Riley (seventh round) and defensive back Gervarrius Owens (seventh round).

Schmitz's deal is expected to be completed soon.
