Jaguars update field for 25th season anniversary

The Jaguars gave media access to some field updates on Friday.

With the Jaguars 25th season only days away, the team is preparing TIAA Bank Field for the special season.

Jacksonville let media get a glimpse at the team’s grounds crew painting the 25th-year logo in the stadium’s end zones, a special way to celebrate the season.

The team is preparing for more 25th year celebrations throughout the season, such as celebrating players from the team’s past 25 years each game.

“In celebration of the team’s 25th season, the team unveiled the Jaguars All-25 presented by Sharpie, a collection of the top 25 non-active players in franchise history, as voted on by members of the local media. A member of the Jaguars All-25 will be featured at each home game, continuing this Sunday with former LB Paul Posluszny, who was named No. 11,” the team announced Friday.
