The Detroit Lions were struggling defensively all throughout their Week 11 contest against the Chicago Bears.

Quarterback Justin Fields returned after missing the past month and was able to move the football effectively.

Despite Detroit's defensive struggles, edge rusher Aidan Hutchinson was able to make the key defensive play when his team needed it the most, finding his way into backfield to knock the football out of Fields' hands late in the fourth quarter.

After the football was kicked out of the back of the end zone for a safety, Detroit went on to secure a thrilling comeback victory.

Head coach Dan Campbell awarded one game ball to the former No. 2 overall draft pick.

“I’m really excited about this year,” Hutchinson told his teammates. “I think we’re going to do some special s**t, especially with the adversity we just dealt with.”

Campbell noted postgame if his defense could get secure a stop in the fourth quarter, the offense had an opportunity to make the plays needed to take the lead.

"I say this all the time I’m like, ‘Guys as long as we have the ability to get a stop and we got three timeouts, we can do anything.’ And we held the three timeouts and we were close," said Campbell. "They’re sitting there with a lead, they’re going to do what they need to do to hold that and not do something too aggressive.

"So, if we could just find a way to get a stop I felt pretty good about where we were going to be at. And so I think the lack of patience could come if you’re in that same scenario. You know, you’re sitting there with two minutes left and you’re down three scores or four scores, that’s tough, that’s real tough. But I think with where we were at, not really. I felt pretty good that we could get it. We just needed a stop and we got one.”

Hutchinson finished his stellar afternoon with one sack, six tackles, one quarterback hit and a forced fumble.
