Detroit Lions linebacker Alex Anzalone is contemplating changing his appearance.

In a recent social media post, Detroit's starting linebacker asked supporters if he should make the decision to cut his hair.

Anzalone recently asked, "Thinking about cutting the flow ... what do you guys think?"

The majority of supporters were not in agreement and shared their desire for the 28-year-old to keep his hair long.

Anzalone's Thor-like appearance dates back to his collegiate days playing back at Florida, where he drew compliments for his appearance and playing style.

The former Saints linebacker finished his second campaign in Motown with a career-high 125 tackles.

Also, his 21 total quarterback pressures were the fourth most among all NFL linebackers in 2022.

"I feel like we started to hit our stride," Anzalone said at the end of the season. "Whatever week that was, 10 weeks ago, we made some adjustments personnel-wise, we made some adjustments schematically and it worked out for us. It's like you're failing a couple tests early in the semester and it's really hard to recoup back from it later on."

After signing a one-year contract last offseason, Anzalone again finds himself being an unrestricted free agent.

"I feel like obviously it's a fit, but there are multiple layers to that," Anzalone explained about the potential of returning again to Detroit. "I'm going into year seven, and you have to take care of your family, but I love Dan (Campbell) and AG (Aaron Glenn) and love what they are doing here."
