Detroit Lions' Week 11 Inactive List

Here is a list of players who are inactive for the Lions in Week 11 against the Giants.
In this story:

The Detroit Lions will have the benefit of two key players on the roster suiting up and playing against the New York Giants.

After being listed as questionable on the final injury report Friday, linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez and center Frank Ragnow have been ruled active for the team's Week 11 contest at MetLife Stadium.

Detroit defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn explained to reporters what he learned from spending an increased amount of time with the secondary the past couple of weeks, following the dismissal of defensive backs coach Aubrey Pleasant

“They’re young. They’re very young, but they’re hungry. And, there’s an understanding of what it takes to be a good secondary, and I’m going to continue to push those guys," Glenn explained this week. "With Jeff (Okudah), I mean, his ability to go out there and cover and compete one-on-one. Kerby (Joseph), his ability to get the ball back for us. There’s some things that he has to improve on, he knows that. DeShon (Elliott) got hurt last week, but he’s a guy that does a really good job in the paint, as far as making tackles and playing out on the edge.

"Mike Hughes and Jerry (Jacobs), good to have Jerry back. Man, he’s a dog," Glenn continued. "Excited to have that player back and get him more playing time. Then, Mike Hughes of getting a chance to play him at nickel, get a chance to play him outside. So, all those guys, they understand exactly what we’re trying to accomplish, they understand exactly how the rush and the coverage marries each other."
