Jameson Williams Reacts to Online Stir Regarding McDonald's Creation

Detroit Lions wideout rates his new food creation.

Detroit Lions wideout Jameson Williams caused quite the stir online when he posted a photo on social media of a special McDonald's creation.

In the past, Detroit's former first- round draft pick also faced scrutiny when he topped Flamin’ Hot Cheetos with hot, canned queso.

Williams' photo of an Oreo McFlurry being placed inside of a McDouble cheeseburger sent the internet into a frenzy earlier this week.

Many wondered why the talented wideout would choose that combination to mix, given his status as an athlete.

Others just found the combination to be disturbing to try and digest. Many could not fathom how Williams must have felt after consuming his creation.

Speaking with reporters after practice Thursday, Williams expressed he was very fond of his creation and wanted everyone to give it a try.

"I ain't always did that. But, I started doing that a little minute ago," Williams told reporters. "Me and one of my brothers, we actually seen it a little minute ago. We've been trying to get it, but the McDonald's McFlurry machine always isn't working. So, you got to find one that's working. I went to McDonald's on Jefferson. It wasn't working like the first two or three times. But, the other day after practice, I forget what we had -- we had to watch film as a receiver group, and I just went up there and got it. It was cool, though. It was good. I think y'all should give it a try. It's called an Oreo McFlurry Double. 10 out 10 rating. Oreo McFlurry Double."
