Lions' Week 10 Wednesday Injury Report
Barring any setbacks, the Detroit Lions are expected to be quite healthy when they head out on the road to face the Los Angeles Chargers.
"Had our first big day yesterday, like an in-season Wednesday, so got our base work, first, second-down," Dan Campbell told reporters. "Get the guys out there moving, get ready for the Chargers. So, it was good. As always, things to clean up when it’s the first practice of the week for the opponent, but they were moving. They came back, we looked fresh, which is good, and then we’ve just got to be better tomorrow.”
Wednesday was a player day off this week, but the team is optimistic that players like David Montgomery, Frank Ragnow and Jonah Jackson will all return to action this week.
"Obviously, both of them were at practice yesterday," Campbell said. "Full day of work, and they both look pretty good, too. Barring no setbacks, I think it's looking pretty good."
Left guard Jonah Jackson expressed to reporters this week he was beginning to struggle with missing game action, as he started to experience fear of missing out.
“I was getting some heavy 'FOMO.' It was getting bad, so I’m real excited to be back out there with the guys," Jackson explained. "They were holding it down while I was out, so it’s time for me to come back in and hold up my end of the bargain.”
Detroit could feature a starting offensive line this week of Taylor Decker, Jackson returning at left guard, Frank Ragnow, Graham Glasgow at right guard and Penei Sewell.
