Vito Chirco

Wide receiver Tyrell Williams extends his touchdown streak to six games, but the Raiders fall to the Lions due to the arm of Matthew Stafford. Lions 27, Raiders 23

Logan Lamorandier

The Lions potent passing attack goes against a weak Raiders secondary.

On the other side, the Lions porous run defense goes up against Oakland's top-10 rushing unit.

I do believe the return of DL Da'Shawn Hand has improved the Lions defense enough against the run to slow the Raiders down.

In a high scoring game, the Lions will win a back and forth game on the road. Lions 31 Raiders 27

Adam Strozynski

The banged up defensive line for the Lions is still able to keep running back Josh Jacobs in check while an ill-fated Derek Carr interception leads to points for the Lions.

Matthew Stafford and Kenny Golladay's connection remains strong in this one and the Lions are victorious on the road against the Raiders. Lions 27 Raiders 24

Lance Caporossi

The Detroit Lions head to Oakland to take on the Raiders in what many expect to be a shootout.

In order for the Lions to win they’ll have to run well enough to take the pressure off of Matthew Stafford.

Good luck against the Raiders front seven. Derek Carr has played much better this season and he’ll feast against the Lions depleted secondary. However, I think Matt Patricia has figured out how to get to the quarterback by using Jarrad Davis as a pass rusher.

Derek Carr will suffer on a few drop backs. Lions win in a shoot-out. Lions 31 Raiders 28

John Maakaron

The Raiders return home after playing on the road for the last six weeks.

I agree with many who believe this game could end up being a shoot-out due to both defenses being generous against the pass.

The Raiders are actually able to stop the run so the Lions should once again rely on Matthew Stafford to lead them to victory.

I struggle to assume that the Lions can just keep overcoming injury after injury and still come away with victories.

Darren Waller should be excited for a career day against rookie Will Harris.

The Lions and Raiders will be the game of the year but the Lions end up on the losing end. Raiders 31 Lions 30
