The Lions are expected to be equipped with star wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown when they take the field Monday night against the Raiders, per multiple reports.

St. Brown, who was listed questionable with an undisclosed illness Sunday, has already missed a game this season. He was sidelined for Detroit’s Week 5 contest with the Panthers due to an abdominal injury, an ailment he suffered a week prior against the Packers.

When St. Brown has suited up in 2023, he has been mightily productive. In six games, he’s accumulated 51 receptions for 557 yards and three touchdowns. He’s also caught an impressive 73.9 percent of his targets, plus has recorded a career-best 92.8 yards per game.

And, just a week ago against the Ravens, St. Brown amassed a single-game-best 13 receptions, on a career-high 19 targets. The 2021 fourth-round pick was disappointed with his performance, though, as he produced a season-low 7.85 yards per reception.

“I didn’t know I had 19 (targets). That was kind of crazy. I think it’s the most I’ll ever get. Nineteen is kind of absurd, but it was the kind of game we were in. We were down, and when you’re down by that much, you’ve kind of got to try to play catch up,” St. Brown told reporters. “But, with 19 targets, I should definitely have more than 100 yards. Kind of embarrassing, but you know, I think, if we get the run game going, it won’t look like that again.”

While St. Brown will likely be active Monday night, the Lions will definitely be without both left guard Jonah Jackson and running back David Montgomery. Jackson is set to miss his third straight game with a high ankle sprain, while Montgomery will be sidelined for his second consecutive game with a rib injury.

Meanwhile, center Frank Ragnow is doubtful to play in the primetime tilt, as he nurses calf and toe injuries.

Roster moves

The Detroit Lions announced a pair of roster moves ahead of Monday's game.

Running back Devine Ozigbo was signed from the practice squad to the active roster, while offensive lineman Michael Niese was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster.
