Former Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has done just about everything in the football industry. Now a podcaster and TV commentator, Newton shined at every level of the game and knows as well as anybody how to navigate the transition from college football to the NFL.

Since Newton's retirement that particular game has changed quite a bit, though. The impact of NIL and a hypercharged Transfer Portal will have an impact on a lot of young athletes attempting to move up to the next level. Here's Newton talking about it on his most recent 4th and 1 podcast (NSFW).
