Report: Adam Thielen Will Play vs. Falcons

Bryce Young will have one of his veteran receivers available today.

Carolina Panthers wide receiver is "good to go" against the Atlanta Falcons, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.

Thielen (ankle) was limited for Wednesday's practice, did not participate Thursday, but returned in limited action on Friday.

Thielen enters his first season with the Panthers after spending the first nine years of his career with the Minnesota Vikings. There, he totaled 534 receptions for 6,682 yards and 55 touchdowns.

"I think a guy like Adam is great for our overall team, our overall offense," offensive coordinator Thomas Brown said about Thielen. "As far as how to prepare the right way and how to show [the other guys] how to be consistent every day."
