Last week, Carolina Panthers rookie QB Bryce Young, along with CJ Stroud, Anthony Richardson, and Will Levis, had lunch with future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady.

One clip of their conversation made it to social media where Brady specifically talked about the draft.

"Going in the second round, in the end, that's not real that big of a deal. Going first overall, in the end, it's not a big deal. It's great. You got an opportunity, you're probably going to be paid more than anyone for a time period but I was drafted 199 and I just outlasted everybody. There's another me back there. So, how do I keep my edge on everybody? I had to keep working. I didn't go, 'Hey, I'm good,' right? I won three Super Bowls, I'm good."

Following Monday's practice, Young talked about getting the opportunity to sit and talk with Brady and what he took away from that experience.

"There was a lot of gems, a lot of nuggets. I was able to ask some questions about his career and kind of his mindset. And for me being a young quarterback, wanting to know what he wish he knew at this age and things that he felt like were key for him to have success. I think that's something that's pretty invaluable. To be able to talk to one of the greatest to ever do it is a huge honor and privilege so I was very grateful for that."
