Carolina Panthers Post-Draft Depth Chart: Offense

Projecting the Panthers' offense as it stands today.
In this story:

The 2023 NFL Draft is officially behind us and now the focus turns to adding a piece or two on each side of the ball ahead of training camp via free agency. The Carolina Panthers had five selections in this year's draft, using three of them on offensive players. Following the draft, the team added four more through undrafted free agency.

We're a long way away from the start of training camp, but what does the depth chart look like as of today? Here would be my guess.

Note: Rookies listed in bold

QB: Andy Dalton, Bryce Young, Matt Corral, Jacob Eason

Analysis: Frank Reich said that Young will come in as the No. 2 behind Andy Dalton but that will likely change a few weeks into August. The plan is for Young to start Week 1, but they want him to earn it.

RB: Miles Sanders, Chuba Hubbard, Raheem Blackshear, Spencer Brown, Cam Peoples

FB: Giovanni Ricci

WR (X): Terrace Marshall Jr., Preston Williams

WR (SL): Adam Thielen, Jonathan Mingo, Shi Smith

Analysis: Mingo can line up inside or outside but he did a lot of damage in the slot. Fortunately for him, he'll have a great mentor to learn from in Adam Thielen.

WR (Z): DJ Chark, Laviska Shenault, Damiere Byrd, Josh Vann

TE: Hayden Hurst, Ian Thomas, Tommy Tremble, Stephen Sullivan

LT: Ikem Ekwonu, Brady Christensen, Larnel Coleman

LG: Brady Christensen, Chandler Zavala, Deonte Brown, Nash Jensen

Analysis: Once Austin Corbett returns, it'll be interesting to see what this side of the line looks like. Can Zavala overtake Christensen for a starting spot? If so, Christensen will then likely become the team's swing tackle.

C: Bradley Bozeman, Sam Tecklenburg, Cade Mays

RG: Austin Corbett, Justin McCray, Cade Mays

RT: Taylor Moton, Ricky Lee
