DraftKings Releases Point Spreads for All 17 Panthers Games

Carolina is favored in just five games this season.

The 2023 NFL season is just around the corner and for Carolina Panthers fans, it's a breath of fresh air. A new coaching staff, a young quarterback to be excited about, and a top-10 level defense. 

Shortly following the release of this year's schedule, DraftKings Sportsbook opened up shop, releasing the point spreads for all 17 games. Carolina is favored in just five games as of May 19th. The opponents they are favored over are the Saints (Week 2), Texans (Week 8), Colts (Week 9), Falcons (Week 15), and Buccaneers (Week 18). 

The Panthers are underdogs by more than a field goal in five games, four of which are on the road. Week 11 against Dallas (+3.5) is the only home game in which they are dogs of more than three. 

A year ago, the Panthers had a 9-8 record against the spread but that was with a completely different team and two head coaches. New head coach Frank Reich has an all-time ATS record of 38-34-2.
