It's been well-documented that the Carolina Panthers could use another pass rusher opposite of Brian Burns. I do believe they will address that need at some point over the course of the next month. However, the depth at corner is just as big of an issue in my opinion.

Field Yates of ESPN agrees, stating the Panthers final offseason move should be to add another corner to the mix.

"Star cornerback Jaycee Horn missed the closing portion of OTAs and the team's minicamp, which served as a reminder of just how thin the cornerback room is behind him. Donte Jackson is returning from a torn Achilles suffered in November, while CJ Henderson had his fifth-year option declined this offseason after a rocky first three years in the league. As is the case with most positions right now, there aren't a ton of obvious starting-level players available, but Carolina needs to pad the depth here."

The Panthers have plenty of cap space to add a quality corner and still have room to get that much-needed pass rusher. Free agent corners that the Panthers should consider include Marcus Peters, William Jackson III, Ronald Darby, and Casey Hayward.

If Jackson or Horn were to miss significant time, Carolina would need to rely on CJ Henderson and Keith Taylor Jr. to step up and as we saw last year, that's not an ideal situation.
