NFC Power Rankings - Week 15

A look at where each team sits heading into Week 15.
In this story:

Every week, All Panthers publisher Schuyler Callihan will release a fresh set of NFC Power Rankings. Here is how he views the conference after 14 weeks of play.

This week's rankings (last week's rank if changed)

16. Carolina Panthers

There's no climbing out of this spot. They've got a firm grasp on No. 16.

15. Arizona Cardinals

Bye week.

14. Washington Commanders

Bye week.

13. Chicago Bears

I wrote the Bears off a long time ago and I'm not budging over a fluky win over Detroit. Good win, but it's not a sign of things to come.

12. New York Giants

Tommy DeVito just finds ways to win football games, man. What an unbelievable game-winning drive to beat Green Bay.

11. New Orleans Saints

There's no reward for beating Carolina other than adding on to your win total. Sorry, New Orleans.

10. Atlanta Falcons (9)

Big day for Ridder throwing for 347 yards but Atlanta lost a close one against Tampa at home. They've got a chance to bounce back this week when they hit the road to take on the Panthers.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (10)

Winning a divisional game on the road in which you were out-gained by 144 yards is impressive. Hats off, Tampa.

8. Minnesota Vikings

I feel like I should drop the Vikings solely based on how boring that 3-0 game over Las Vegas was.

7. Seattle Seahawks

Drew Lock was far from productive in his first start in forever. The Seahawks need Geno Smith back badly.

6. Los Angeles Rams

What a game. The Rams looked like the better team against Baltimore, in my opinion but fell short in overtime.

5. Green Bay Packers

Fortunately for Green Bay, I can't drop them. Not with L.A. and Seattle both losing.

4. Detroit Lions

Certainly not Detroit's best outing but I wouldn't make much of it. I still think this is one of the better teams in the NFC.

3. Philadelphia Eagles (2)

Two losses in a row? Uh oh. It'll be interesting to see how the Eagles respond after losing to the two teams in front of them in the rankings.

2. Dallas Cowboys (3)

I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I think the Cowboys are for real folks. They've blown out a lot of bad teams but the win over Philly was impressive.

1. San Francisco 49ers

There's no stop this train. San Francisco looks like the odds on favorite to represent the NFC in the Super Bo
