New England Patriots receiver Phillip Dorsett exited the New England Patriots' Week 11 game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a head injury in the 3rd quarter. He was seen heading to the locker room and is questionable to return to the game with a head injury, according to reporters on the scene.

Dorsett seemed to have suffered the injury on the Patriots' last offensive series when he caught a five-yard touchdown pass from Julian Edelman.
