Report: Josh Gordon has filed for reinstatement from indefinite suspension

The Patriots wideout is asking to come back into the NFL.

Wide receiver Josh Gordon has filed for reinstatement into the NFL, according to Howard Balzer of Balzer Football. 

Heard from league source that Josh Gordon has filed for reinstatement from suspension.

Gordon was suspended indefinitely from the NFL last fall after dialing to abide by the leagues substance abuse policy. His reinsertion into New England's offense would be a huge bonus, especially considering he wasn't in the team's plans for the 2019 season.
