Patriots - Scott Peters

Offensive line woes plagued the Pats this season and was the main culprit in an anemic offense that finished tied for last in the NFL in points and led to a 4-13 record.

The additions of McCartney and Peters would fill out the biggest remaining vacancies on Mayo's new staff. He is taking over for Belichick, who departed the organization Jan. 11 after 24 years.

Peters is a former fourth-round draft pick of the Philadelphia Eagles who played seven years in the NFL. Since 2020 he has served on the Cleveland Browns' staff, working under new Patriots offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt and alongside long-time offensive line guru Bill Callahan.
