Legendary New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady made waves in the business world yet again on Tuesday morning.

According to CNBC, Brady is merging TB12, his nutrition company, and Brady Brand, his apparel company, with NoBull, a Boston-based athletics company that sponsored the NFL Scouting Combine in 2023. Terms of the merger have not been released yet, but the company will continue to operate under the name NoBull.

Brady is now the No. 2 shareholder in the company only behind NoBull owner Michael Repole, the founder of BodyArmor who bought the company last year. Following the merger, Repole aims to become one of the leading health and wellness brands in the world.

“I wanted to do something really big,” Repole told CNBC. “I think NoBull has a chance here to be this epic historic brand — playing in a space of health and wellness, through sneakers, apparel, nutrition mentality and really helping people with adversity, resilience, grit.”

With the merger, Brady hopes to help Repole in his goal to turn NoBull into a billion-dollar brand.

“I think the piece that really resonates with me is our mindset and how we want to inspire others through action and through challenging them to be the best they can possibly be for themselves,” Brady told CNBC. “I thought it was the best opportunity for myself and the brands that I’ve been a part of to make a difference."

CNBC also notes that Brady's previous endorsement deal with Under Armor has ended with the merger.

Brady, who won six Super Bowls in New England and a seventh with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has proven anything one could possibly imagine on the field. Now that the 46-year-old is "happily retired," he is now fully focused on his business ventures.

In doing so, he's embracing what helped him become the greatest player in NFL history: teamwork.

“We found that even though we go about things a little differently, we get to the same place and we have the same core values,” Repole said. “Winning with others is important. Having success with others, making ourselves better versions of ourselves, pushing our teammates, challenging our teammates to be better is very important to us.“
