Tom Brady seen working out with Josh Gordon in Instagram post

It looks like Tom Brady is working out with Josh Gordon over summer break.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - Tom Brady has taken time this offseason to workout with wide receivers Julian Edelman and N'Keal Harry, two skill players who will see the field plenty of times this fall with the 42-year-old QB. However, there's another wideout that met with Brady over summer break who could see the field this fall as well, but right now is suspended indefinitely from the NFL. It's Josh Gordon. 

Brady posted a video and picture on Instagram in which he was working out with the veteran receiver.

This is the first time that we've seen the two together since last December before Gordon was suspended indefinitely from the NFL for violating the league's substance abuse policy. 

Jeff Howe of The Athletic reported on Wednesday that the league has yet to give an update on whether they have reviewed Gordon's indefinite suspension. 

As of this afternoon, an NFL spokesman said the league still does not have an update on the status of Patriots WR Josh Gordon’s indefinite suspension. Specifically, I asked if there’s a timeline for a review of the suspension. Pats report for training camp five weeks from today.

Though the league has failed to give an update, it is promising to see Brady and Gordon working out together. It could mean Gordon's return to football is right around the corner.
