Raiders vs. Jets Live Game Updates, Analysis

The Las Vegas Raiders (4-5) look to start a winning streak and return to .500 tonight vs. the New York Jets (4-4), and we have all the up-to-the-minute updates.
In this story:

LAS VEGAS, Nev.--The Las Vegas Raiders (4-5) look to return to .500 today and to further their case for owner Mark Davis to remove the interim tag from Coach Antonio Pierce's title against the New York Jets (4-4).

The Raiders are rejuvenated and have found their second wind this season. With weapons on both sides of the ball and rookie QB Aidan O'Connell at the helm, the Silver and Black play to a national television audience on Sunday Night Football, and they look to show the nation how much they have changed.

Remember the rule of five. The game is over if the Raiders win that key statistical battle. It concerns sacks and turnovers for those who don't remember it. If the Raiders have three sacks and give up two, they are plus one. They are plus three if they get four turnovers and give up only one. That would give them a plus-four for the day. They want to get to a plus-five ratio every game. On average, teams that reach the rule of five scenarios win 91 percent of their NFL games.
