The Las Vegas Raiders are barrelling toward the NFL Draft and are operating with frugality but not being cheap while the National Football League's Free Agency proceeds.

General Manager Tom Telesco, Coach Antonio Pierce, Defensive Coordinator Patrick Graham, and Offensive Coordinator Luke Getsy are all actively evaluating talent that could reshape the Silver and Black for the next decade.

The team is moving forward with a singular focus with eyes ahead.

At the NFL Owners' Meetings in Orlando, Antonio Pierce spoke about adding another top-tier cornerback to his locker room.

 "Yeah I like [Terrion] Arnold, man. We had some good conversations at the start of the combine because he kind of came in a little lackadaisical and I was like, 'Hey man, where's the juice? I heard you had a little stuff to you,' and that picked up and then on to pro day we were just talking about ball and trying to get to know him a little bit more as a person, because you never know what things will happen in the draft. But whenever you can be around a good football player, you want to talk to him. And I think it's good for a person like myself, a former player, to tell him what to expect. If he goes first round, goes second round, he goes back to the bottom of the lineup, right? He's got to start from scratch and earn his stripes. So, when you look at this draft, you do see a bunch of talented DBs, who I think can come in and play right away." 

The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently have the No. 13 overall pick.
