The 2024 NFL Draft is less than two weeks away, and there are still many questions about who the Las Vegas Raiders will select with the 13th overall pick in the first round.

In the most recent "Las Vegas Raiders Insider Podcast" episode, our Hondo Carpenter Sr. was joined by Matt Hladik, publisher at the spun.com.

Hladik had the opportunity to give his complete seven-round mock draft of who he thinks the Raiders should draft in this year's NFL Draft. He has the Silver and Black selecting offensive lineman Taliese Fuaga out of Oregon State with the 13th overall pick.

"They could go a couple of different ways," Hladik said. When you look around at different mocks, the giant swing is the Raiders taking a quarterback in round one. I can't rule out they would do that, but the more likely scenario is they fill a more immediate need in a draft that's loaded on the offensive line.

"I have them taking Taliese Fuaga from Oregon State. He's a plug-and-play guy at the correct tackle. Jermaine Eluemunor signed with the Giants in free agency and is no longer there. Fuaga can step right into that spot. It is a very safe and smart pick.

"When building up your roster with a new regime, head coach and general manager, one of the first things you need to get settled is quarterback and offensive line. This helps resolve a position of need on the offensive line."

Fuaga played in a total of 12 games last season for the Beavers and ended up playing 700 offensive snaps without allowing a sack.

He received All-Pac-12 First Team honors and was named to the Associated Press' All-America Second Team. He was also a semifinalist for the 2023 Outland Trophy, awarded annually to college football's best interior lineman.

Fuaga finished the 2023-24 college football season with an overall grade of 88.2 from Pro Football Focus.

It will be interesting to see what direction the Silver and Black take with the 13th overall pick in this year's NFL Draft.

The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
