The Las Vegas Raiders should not only be looking for pure talent in the 2024 NFL Draft, but also for players who have been a part of a winning culture.

Of course, there is plenty of that to go around when looking at prospects from the 2021 and 2022 national champions, the Georgia Bulldogs.

In the event the Raiders have a second-round pick, looking at a player like former Georgia wide receiver Ladd McConkey could be in Las Vegas' best interest.

McConkey played in nine games for the Bulldogs this past season, totaling 478 receiving yards, one receiving touchdown, and a rushing touchdown.

The prospect's 2022 campaign was his best, as he started in 14 of 15 games and finished the season with 762 receiving yards, seven receiving touchdowns, 134 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns.

McConkey helped lead Georgia to an SEC title and recorded 88 receiving yards and two touchdowns in the Bulldogs' victory over TCU in the National Championship game.

McConkey was named to the All-SEC Second Team by coaches for that season.

The season before, McConkey appeared in all 15 games, making five starts in what was his freshman season after he redshirted in 2020. McConkey finished the 2021 season with 447 receiving yards, a rushing touchdown and five receiving touchdowns, including one against Alabama in the SEC title game.

McConkey was named to the Coaches All-SEC Freshman Team.

If selected by Las Vegas in this year's draft, McConkey would be reunited with former Georgia teammates Zamir White and Christopher Smith II. All three of them were on the 2021 national title team.

From February 27 to March 4, 2024, the NFL Scouting Combine will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind.

The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
