On Monday, the Las Vegas Raiders announced four practice squad moves on social media.

The Raiders signed wide receiver D.J. Turner and cornerback Sam Webb to the practice squad, while placing offensive tackle Sebastian Gutierrez and tight end Noah Togiai on the squad-injured list.

Turner played nine games with the Raiders last season, having posted 26 rushing yards but no receiving yards.

The 26-year-old wide receiver was signed by Las Vegas to a reserve/future contract in January before being placed on the IR on Aug. 13. Then he was waived on Aug. 17.

The Raiders signed Turner as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Pittsburgh in 2021, and he went on to spend his first year in the NFL on the team's practice squad.

Webb played all 17 games for Las Vegas last season and made three starts. He finished his rookie campaign with 36 combined tackles, three passes defensed and a forced fumble.

Webb was waived by the Raiders as part of August roster cuts before being re-signed to the practice squad on Aug. 29. The Carolina Panthers then signed him, but the Panthers released Webb on Oct. 10.

Webb was signed by Las Vegas as an undrafted free agent out of Missouri Western State in 2022.

Gutierrez played one game for the Raiders last season.

After being waived by the Raiders in May, he was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs, who waived him as part of roster cuts. Gutierrez then returned to the Raiders' practice squad on Sept. 13.

Togiai was signed to the Raiders' practice squad on Oct. 2 after being waived by the Arizona Cardinals in August. He signed with Arizona in February after playing two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, playing in only three games.

Before that, Togiai spent his rookie season with the Indianapolis Colts, where he played in four games.

The Silver and Black will head on the road to take on the Chicago Bears on Sunday, Oct. 22, at 1:05 p.m. EDT/10:05 a.m. PDT.
