2 Raiders Have Great Numbers Against the Chiefs
The Las Vegas Raiders have put the 20-13 loss to the Miami Dolphins last Sunday behind them and move forward on Thanksgiving week for their first divisional game against the Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday in Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Two offensive Raiders are known for producing great numbers against the Chiefs, and they are running back Josh Jacobs and wide receiver Davante Adams.
This Sunday will be Jacobs's ninth career game against the Chiefs. In eight, Jacobs has 123 carries for 574 yards and has four touchdowns.
One of Jacobs' best games against the Chiefs came in Week 5 last season. He finished with 21 rushing attempts for 154 yards, averaging 7.3 yards per carry, and scored a touchdown.
Jacobs has 200 rushing attempts for 661 rushing yards and five touchdowns this season.
This Sunday will be Adams' fifth career game against the Chiefs. In four games, Adams has had 14 catches for 239 yards and two touchdowns.
Adams' best game against the Chiefs also came in Week five last season, when he made three receptions for 124 yards and two touchdowns. This will be Adams' third game against the Chiefs with the Silver and Black.
This season, Adams has 64 receptions for 741 yards and four touchdowns in his second year with the Raiders, and he is 13th in the NFL in receiving yards.
For the Raiders to upset the Chiefs this Sunday in Allegiant Stadium, the offense needs to have both Jacobs and Adams involved as key factor,s because both of these players are known for producing against the Chiefs.
Be on the lookout for Jacobs and Adams on Sunday as the Raiders look to bounce back from a loss and go to 6-6 this season with an upset of the Chiefs.
