Here's a close look at the last time Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs offenses went head-to-head before their Week 16 game on Christmas Day.

The Las Vegas Raiders have a long holiday week of preparation before their Week 16 game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day.

The Chiefs (9-5) ended their two-game losing streak by defeating the New England Patriots, 27-17, on Sunday.

Kansas City got the better of the Raiders (6-8) the last time these teams met, as the Chiefs claimed a 31-17 victory over the Silver and Black at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

In his first career game against the Chiefs, Raiders rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell completed 23-of-33 passes for 248 yards and one touchdown. He ended the game with a quarterback rating of 101.6.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes completed 27-of-34 passes for 298 yards and two touchdowns. Mahomes has excellent numbers against the Raiders in his career, with a passer rating of 113.5 with 3,338 yards, 29 touchdowns and three interceptions in 11 games.

Raiders running back Josh Jacobs had his best game of the season last game against the Chiefs, with 20 carries for 110 yards, averaging 5.5 yards per carry, and scored a touchdown. 

Jacobs is known for producing great numbers against the Chiefs. He has 143 carries for 684 yards and has scored five touchdowns in nine games against the Chiefs in his career.

Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco had his best game of the season against the Silver and Black earlier this season, finishing with 55 yards rushing on 15 carries, averaging 3.7 yards per carry and scoring two touchdowns. 

Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers led the Silver and Black in receiving against the Chiefs with six receptions for 79 yards and a touchdown.

Rookie wide receiver Rashee Rice led the Chiefs in receiving against the Raiders with eight receptions for 107 yards and a touchdown.

The Raiders look to go to 7-8 on Christmas Day with a victory over the Chiefs in Arrowhead Stadium.
