Dylan Parham is a Money Year Player for the Raiders
The Las Vegas Raiders finished back-to-back seasons finishing with a top-10 offensive line. The Silver and Black finished 2023-24 with the 10th-ranked offensive line in the NFL.
As discussed, the Raiders have many players on the roster entering as money-year players for the 2024-25 NFL regular season.
One of those money-year players is guard Dylan Parham, a third-round 2022 NFL draft pick from the University of Memphis.
Parham finished the 2023-24 NFL regular season playing 1,042 snaps, finishing with five penalties and allowing only one sack. His 1,042 snaps listed him at the 26th rank among all guards.
His five penalties listed him tied at 20th ranked among all guards, and his one sack allowed him to be listed at the 62nd rank among all guards.
Parham finished the 2023-24 NFL regular season with a Pro Football Focus grade of 60.4, a pass-blocking grade of 61.8 and a run-blocking grade of 57.6.
On Tuesday's Las Vegas Raiders Insider Podcast, our own Hondo, Carpenter Sr., had the chance to express his thoughts on Parham.
"Dylan Parham has been a stud; he set himself up for a long-term extension, and this is a guy coming into his money year where he's already had two money years in a row," Carpenter said.
"He outperformed his rookie year and sophomore year, and now, coming into his third year, he's an anchor on the offensive line. He's an anchor on the offensive line, a guy you trust and believe in. He's been everything you would hope for or wanted him to be."
