Maxx Crosby Talks About the Chiefs Culture

Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby had the opportunity to talk about the Kansas Chiefs' culture on NBC's Fantasy Football Happy Hour with Matthew Berry.

This Super Bowl week has featured many Las Vegas Raiders players having the chance to be interviewed, discussing the 2023-24 NFL season, new Coach Antonio Pierce and much more.

Quarterback Aidan O'Connell and wide receiver Jakobi Meyers were interviewed earlier this week, and defensive end Maxx Crosby was a guest on NBC's Fantasy Football Happy Hour with Matthew Berry.

Crosby had the chance to speak about the Kansas City Chiefs and their team culture ahead of Sunday's Super Bowl LVIII between the Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers.

"I mean, it starts with their culture," Crosby said. "They've got a great head coach, a great quarterback, a great tight end and Hall of Fame-level guys. Then you go to the defensive side and you've got Chris Jones, you've got a ton of talent on that side, as well as a young guy like George Karlaftis getting better."

"They've got players all around, and they believe. When you have a championship DNA, you'll give yourself a chance to win every single time, so you can see them struggle up and down. They're still the Chiefs. They know how to win, they don't panic when things are going bad, and you've got to respect them at the end of the day.

"They're the team at the top. We've got to take them down for us to be in that conversation. We play them twice a year, and they earn the right to be there at the end of the day, so I respect it."

In his career, Crosby has 21 solo tackles, 12 assists and five sacks in 10 games against the Chiefs.
