Raiders vs Dolphins: Matchup Breakdowns

Las Vegas Raiders vs. Miami Dolphins in Week 11 will match Davante Adams vs. Jalen Ramsey and the Raiders secondary vs. Tyreek Hill.

The Las Vegas Raiders will face talented wide receivers and secondaries during the 2023-24 NFL season.

In Week 11, the Raiders will face a talented wide receiver and secondary at Hardrock Stadium in Miami against the Miami Dolphins.

The Raiders' secondary will face off with star wide receiver Tyreek Hill again. Hill spent quality seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, where the Raiders faced him for several seasons. 

According to Statmuse.com, Tyreek Hill has 54 catches for 794 receiving yards and nine touchdowns against the Raiders. He has played 11 games against the Raiders and will play his 12th in his second year with the Dolphins.

The Raiders will also have to face one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL. Ramsey is joining his third team in a seven-year career as an NFL cornerback. He has spent quality seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams traded him to the Dolphins this offseason in exchange for picks in this year's 2023 NFL Draft. This will be the third time Ramsey will play the Raiders.

Star wide receiver Davante Adams, in his second season with the Raiders, and cornerback Jalen Ramsey, have faced each other countless times when both of them played in the NFC. 

The last time these two faced off was last season when the Raiders played the Rams on a prime-time Thursday Night Football game. Ramsey had a total of six combined tackles and one pass defended. Ramsey had one-on-one matchups with Adams pretty much the entire game. Adams finished the game with three receptions for a total of 71 yards. He had only seven targets as well.

Watching when players and teams know their opponents and players is always fun. The Raiders and Dolphins are set to kick off in Week 11, on Nov. 19, at 10 a.m. PST, and it should be a really exciting game.
