The Las Vegas Raiders are continuing to prepare for their Week 6 game against the New England Patriots on Sunday in Allegiant Stadium.

There are three Patriot players the Raiders go up against who used to play for the Silver and Black.

It starts with Patriots tackle Trent Brown, who played with the Raiders in 2019 and 2020, which was the inaugural season of the Las Vegas Raiders. During his time with the Raiders, he played 16 games and made 16 starts. This is Browns' third season with the Patriots. He played all 17 games on the Patriots offensive line last season.

Patriots tight end Pharaoh Brown played for the Silver and Black in 2017. This is his first season with the Patriots, and he has two receptions for 71 yards and one touchdown.

Lastly, Patriots offensive tackle Tyrone Wheatley Jr. was signed by the Raiders in 2022 and attended training camp. This is Wheatley Jr.'s first season with the Patriots.

There are also hometown connections for three Patriot players as they play the Raiders this Sunday in Allegiant Stadium.

Patriots defensive back Jonathan Jones and Raiders guard Dylan Parham are both from Carroltown, Ga., and played high school football for the Carroltown Trojans.

Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson is a Las Vegas native and attended Centennial High School, while Patriots defensive lineman Lawrence Guy Sr. also is from Las Vegas and attended high school at Western.

With a victory on Sunday, the Raiders will improve their record to 3-3. They also would improve their record to 18-16-1 against the Patriots in the regular season. A victory would also improve the Raiders to 56-51 all-time against teams in the AFC East.

The Silver and Black will stay home at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to play the New England Patriots on Sunday, Oct. 15, at 4:05 p.m. EDT/1:05 p.m. PDT.
