Las Vegas Raiders Interim Coach Antonio Pierce is 2-0, as the new-look Raiders are 5-5, at .500 this season and in second place in the AFC West.

Three players shined in the thrilling 16-12 win over the New York Jets on Sunday Night Football.

It starts with rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell, who has started three games and has a 2-1 record. O'Connell finished the Jets game completing 16-of-27 passes for 153 yards and one interception. O'Connell also threw a touchdown pass on a rookie-to-rookie connection to tight end Michael Mayer, who climbed the ladder and made an outstanding catch to score his first NFL touchdown for the game-winning points.

Running back Josh Jacobs is another Raider who shined against the Jets. The Raiders have returned to their old ways, established a solid running game, and got Jacobs involved. Jacobs came off one of the season's best games last week, 98 yards rushing, and it carried over against the Jets in Week 10. He finished with 27 carries for 118 yards and averaged 4.3 yards per carry.

Lastly, the Raiders' defense remains a factor late in games. Linebacker Robert Spillane shined on the Raiders defense, finishing with seven tackles, one sack and one tackle for loss. In addition, he helped save the game with an interception in the final minutes to help secure the 16-12 victory. Spillane has 167 solo tackles, 98 assists, two fumble recoveries and three interceptions.

The Raiders are on a two-game winning streak and are becoming one of the hottest teams in the NFL. The Raiders look to add to their winning streak as the Miami Dolphins are next on the schedule for Week 11.

The Silver and Black will head out on the road to South Beach to take on the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, Nov. 19, at 1:00 p.m. EST/10:00 a.m. PST.
