Las Vegas Raiders 2023-2024 NFL Season Prediction, Picks & Best Bet

After a tumultuous 2022 season that saw the Raiders lose a ridiculous number of close games, oddsmakers are down on Las Vegas this season. They hold the longest odds (by a significant margin) to win the AFC West, along with some of the longest odds to win the Super Bowl and AFC Championship.

The Chiefs are the clear favorite in the division (-160 on FanDuel), with the Chargers (+300) and the Denver Broncos (+550) in the second tier. Las Vegas has the longest odds at (+1200).

While it might be a longshot for them to win their division, Raiders believers may find value in their odds to win the AFC. If they can somehow sneak into the playoffs with a Wild Card slot, there’s always the possibility that they catch fire at the right time and ride the wave to the Super Bowl.

While this is incredibly unlikely, their (+4500) odds reflect that. While we certainly wouldn’t recommend emptying the bankroll on either market, those who believe in the Raiders this season will get more value out of their conference champion future at (+4500) – a slightly more likely outcome – than their division champion future at (+1200).

While the futures markets may be a bit difficult to find value in, we think there’s plenty of value to be had in their Week 1 line. Their opponents for the opener – the Broncos – have plenty of unanswered questions after an incredibly underwhelming 2022 showing following the acquisition of quarterback Russell Wilson.

There’s a distinct possibility that the Broncos still don’t have it figured out; however, oddsmakers seem to think they will be on the same page by Week 1, as Denver is currently listed as 3.5-point favorites on FanDuel.
