The Las Vegas Raiders are going to look significantly different on the offensive side of the ball in 2023.

With a new quarterback, new pass catchers, and some new faces in the backfield, it is unclear where the production will come from, outside of wide receiver Davante Adams.

However, there are several players on the roster who are ready to grow into a new or bigger role and contribute for Coach Josh McDaniels’ unit. Some are new to the team, and others are entering another year in the Silver and Black.

Today, we are going to take a closer look at players who have the potential to break out on the offensive side of the ball. To clearly define “break out,” this means a player who was in a smaller or different role last season beyond their rookie year but before the end of their first contract.

Guard Dylan Parham -- Parham was a third round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, and played over 1,000 snaps as a rookie. He steadily improved with more opportunity, playing mostly at left guard and allowing nine quarterback hits and six sacks, three of those coming in one game.

For Parham, it is now about maintaining a level of consistency. Rookie offensive linemen often have a rough go of it, and are commonly overwhelmed. With a year under his belt, Parham has a great chance to improve on his rookie season.

Running back Zamir White -- With the uncertainty around Josh Jacobs’ contract situation, White is now in line to see a significant increase in carries. He carried the ball only 17 times for 70 yards last season, as Josh Jacobs dominated in the backfield.

The Raiders selected White in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, and after an illustrious career at Georgia and a quiet rookie season, he is expected to take a massive step forward in 2023.

Wide receiver Cam Sims -- Sims has always had the talent to be a productive receiver in the NFL, but was playing behind stars throughout his career. While he will be behind stars again in Las Vegas, he has a chance to step in as the third or fourth wide receiver on the Raiders and have the most productive season of his career in McDaniels’ system.
